A Day at the Beach With Bob Kato
I did this still life painting for Sketching for Illustration. I'm really happy with the outcome and I finally understand how to use acrylic. A few things still needs a little tweaking but it's almost done. This weeks homework is to do a master copy, so wish me luck! Comments are welcome and thanks for stopping by! :)

First Painting of Term 2

Here is a appropriate piece to start this blog off. This painting is my first composition & painting homework at Art Center. I painted my lovely friend Kestrel. Personally, I'm surprised at how well it came out considering the fact that I have not touched oil paint in the past 7 months... also forgot how forgiving and fun oil paint can be. Will most definitely be experimenting more on my own. Feel free to leave comments!
Now if only I can find away to get rid of the horrible oil paint fumes...
